My Story Continues...

Hi! I'm Emma, a Grade 11 student at FIS. For my MYP Personal Project last year, I set up my own macarons business. Due to its huge success, I am launching a special Christmas collection of four brand new macarons flavors in 2023.

While my macarons will be a luxury treat for many of my customers, countless members of our society are unable to afford such delicacies in their daily struggle to survive. To help combat this problem, all profits earned throughout the project will be donated to the Erlanger Tafel once again, to help people in need, and support the community as a whole.
